Day Four in Haiti
Today I Slept In tell about 10:00 then I went down stairs to the pool and swam for about 2-3 hours i think i am not really sure. after that we all headed up to the room for a nap because today was really hot i don't know why but it was. but some people for the group where going to the orphanage to help them for an 2-3 hours so me and my dad decided to go with the small group going . i got to ride in the frount seat in the van while all the adults got in the back and i am glad i did because the window all the way down felt so good !! it was kinda cool the part when we where going to the orphanage we turned down this street and all the cars where back up so the whole street of cars hade to turn around and that took some pretty good skill. i think but one thing i know americans could have not done that to save are lifes . then the ride was really long but it gave me a change to see more of haiti. whe we arrived at the orphanage most of the adults started moving the food to the kichen and me and some older girls went to go play with the kids for 40 min well i did then i went on the roof with some of the guys and they where trying to figrue out how to get the soloar pannales working . and they think then got then working and then we hooked up a water filter for them . then a small group of poeple got to ride in the back of a truck haiti style . my dad went and it was really cool kinda hot at first then it started to rain like no other the rain hurt so bad . but it was still fun the haiti people where laughing at us and some where giving us the bird kinda funny. the sad thing is that most of the kids where showing during the rain . and that was really sad. and the scary lady throw a fruit at us and got so close to hiting my head. that was scary and some people where throwing glass bottles at us . then we stop at a store but we waited in the back off the truck for about 5 min then we hade to turn around really fast!! because there was a roit going on in the city there where about 700 people running towards us so we fliped a u-turn and there was other 1000+ people running the other way so we hade to hurry into the back streets because riots in haiti are bad but there really bad if White people are around them too . and after that we went back to the hotel and we all where soked from the rain that was a real life changing experience . and i am glad today happened and that was day four in Haiti .

Today is day Three in Hait We pretty Much Did The same Stuff In The Morning I also Hade the same frosted flakes i think. But they Where Still Good and My prents hade soemthing to do today and i wanted to go and they let me go and i thought to my self this would be cool . when we where about to leave we hade to grab alot of papers my mom Forgot and then we hade to take most of the kids to a photo place to get there pictcure taken the pacce was like 5 min away form the hotel. the place kinda was like a walmart photo place on the side. the pictcures where really fast. then we waited for the pictures to come out . they looked great then we took the kids back to the hotel and we kinda hade to sneak out so the kids would not cry. the ride to the us embassy was long and hot at one stop light this kid ran up he was about my age asking for food or maney i think we gave him some food that made his day some fruit snacks but then tones of kids started to swarm after us this one kid hoped on the back on the van for about 1-2 min the hoped off that was very diffrent. and we parked on the side of the street for about an hour waiting for the owner of the orphanage .to come sign some papers and they also hade us go throught tones and tones of security. they where very strick on no!! cell phones in the U.S Embassy . they we walked into this room where there where mabey 100+ people and in my mind i was like we are going to be here forever and we waited and waited for about 4-5 hours tell most of the people left and then we where the last people to finally go that hade to be the longest wait i have ever waited . and they we came back to the hotel and the kids where crying and crying tell food got there which i was asleep most of the time when we got back.
day two in Haiti
Well it Was A Very Diffrent kinda Day It Was Still Really Hot and we woke up to start are great day . we got some breakfest and i hade some frosted flakes and they where really good and the milk with it was also good then most of the other parents where siting at the pool with the othere kids so we went up to are room to change the little kids into there swiming suits and i decited to go swiming with them because it was so hot and there is not much to do here at the hotel. and we swam for about 3-4 hours i and not really sure . but after that we went back to the room to take a quick nap because everybody was sleepy . and then we woke up and ate some food for dinner which was ok but not great. and thats pretty much all we did all day because they don't want us leaveing the hotel because we will mostliky get kidnapped and that would not be very cool at all so thats my blog for day two can't wait to keep telling you all about my trip to a 3 world country .

Day One-Arrives In Haiti
Today I Finally Arrive In Haiti We Got Off The Plane The Heat Was The First Thing That Hit Me It Was So HOT!!! but Then We Walked Into The Airport At First It Seemed Pretty Normal But then We Went into Where We grab Are Bags It Was crazy . Kinda Scary At first Because people kept trying to take our bags. then we started to walk outside where there were people all around us. This guy Named Big Told us Not To Let Anybody Touch our bags some people where trying to touch them and Big kept Yelling ( Don't Touch Bags Or I'll Kill you ) well That's What it Sounded Like To me. we Waited For the van to come pick us up . one of them broke down so they sent the mothers to the hotel first so me and my dad Where Sitting in 100+ temperatures for about half an hour then the bus finally got there to take us to the hotel. the car ride is something that i can't seem to describe to most people you kinda have to be here to really get the feel about how bad the streets are . there were just kids and adults selling stuff to anybody. there was garbage everywhere and they all were just living around it and in it . there was this lady with a bag of mud and she was pounding the mud together to make mud cookies to sell to people. Also their were cars every where it was so crazy we almost hit a cop on a dirt bike . that was pretty crazy. then we finally arrived at the hotel all the kids ran out to go see there dads. there where so many kids that you Had to have been there to even imagine how crazy it was then we all went to are rooms and they got most of the kids dressed to go swimming and that was really fun also hot too. they we went back to the room to take a nap and the rooms are not great but they do fine. and when i woke up I was so hot I felt like i was in an oven. that was my very first day in Haiti . the day was full of different things and i hope the rest of the week is as good as today was.
